We believe nurses can improve the wellbeing of diverse populations in a variety of health settings. That’s why we offer nursing courses at Swinburne.
Nursing courses are an opportunity to enhance your existing medical knowledge and diversify your skillset as a nurse. You’ll also work alongside a registered nurse in the required placements in the course. No matter which direction you choose, you’ll gain the foundational and practical understanding necessary to administer patient care in a range of health settings.
By the time you graduate, you’ll have the confidence and skills to apply your knowledge to the workplace. Future careers can be found in a range of health settings, including hospitals.

SWINBURNE LAUNCHES BACHELOR OF NURSING
Commencing Semester 1 2018, Swinburne’s new Bachelor of Nursing replaces lectures with patient cases, allowing students to interact with simulated and real-life scenarios through innovative technologies. Work placements in health, aged-care and community service mean students can graduate with industry experience and an edge for employment.
